The Presence Media (TPM / The Presence Media)
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by The Presence Media (“TPM”, “The Presence Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms
2. Services
TPM provides digital content services, including but not limited to:
Social media content creation
Content planning and scheduling
Monthly content packages
Custom content bundles
All deliverables are digital unless otherwise specified.
TPM (The Presence Media) is a content creation service provider and not an advertising or marketing agency.
Our services focus on:
Content design
Content direction based on client input
We do not provide:
Marketing strategy
Advertising management
Performance optimisation
Guaranteed growth or engagement outcomes
While we may provide general content suggestions, these are based on best judgment and available information provided by the client.
TPM makes no guarantees regarding:
Social media performance
Audience growth
Engagement rates
Business results
3. Onboarding & Commencement of Work
Upon successful purchase:
A comprehensive onboarding questionnaire will be issued within 24 hours
Work will only commence upon:
Receipt of completed questionnaire
Submission of all required assets and materials
Delays in submission may affect delivery timelines, and TPM (The Presence Media) shall not be held responsible for such delays.
3A. Project Hold & Reactivation
If onboarding is not completed:
After 30 days, the project will be placed on hold
If inactivity extends beyond 3 months from the date of purchase, the account will be classified as inactive
To resume services:
A reactivation fee of SGD 200 will apply
TPM reserves the right to:
Revise timelines
Adjust scope
Update pricing upon reactivation
Delivery timelines will be recalibrated based on the actual onboarding completion date.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are charged upfront
Subscription services are billed on a recurring monthly basis
The billing cycle begins from the date of purchase
Failure to complete payment will result in suspension or non-commencement of services.
5. No Refund Policy
All payments are strictly non-refundable.
This includes:
Change of mind
Partial usage of services
Delays caused by the client
Dissatisfaction after work has commenced
6. Subscription Cancellation
Clients must provide a minimum of 14 days’ written notice to discontinue any subscription
Cancellation will take effect from the next billing cycle
No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
7. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Submit required materials in a timely manner
Respond to communications and approvals promptly
TPM shall not be liable for delays arising from:
Late submissions
Incomplete materials
Lack of response
8. Content Direction & Proposal
For clients who require guidance on content direction:
TPM will provide one (1) initial content guide based on the information submitted in the onboarding questionnaire. Clients may choose to proceed with this guide or provide their own content direction, references, and materials for execution.
If the client requires further refinement to the content direction after the initial guide, a Content Strategy Consultation will be required at a fee of SGD 100 per one (1) hour session.
This session will be used to better understand the client’s preferences and requirements, after which content will be developed in alignment with the agreed direction.
8A. Revisions Policy
Each deliverable includes two (2) rounds of reasonable revisions per design.
A “revision” refers to adjustments to the existing design direction and does not include complete redesigns or entirely new concepts.
Turnaround time for each revision request is approximately 5–10 working days, depending on the scale and complexity of the changes.
Any additional revisions beyond the included two (2) rounds will be chargeable at SGD 65 per revision, per design.
TPM reserves the right to determine whether a request constitutes a revision or a new design direction.
9. Content Usage & Rights
All content remains the intellectual property of TPM until full payment is received
Upon full payment, the client is granted usage rights for business purposes
TPM reserves the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
TPM shall not be held liable for:
Business performance outcomes
Marketing or engagement results
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses
11. Communication
All official communication will be conducted via:
Email
Designated shared platforms or folders
Clients are responsible for maintaining active communication.
12. Amendments
TPM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
