All payments made to The Presence Media are strictly non-refundable.
This applies to:
Monthly subscription services
One-time content packages
Custom service engagements
3. Scope of Non-Refundability
No refunds will be issued under any of the following circumstances:
Change of mind after purchase
Partial usage of services
Failure to utilise the service within the billing period
Delays caused by the client, including late submission of required materials
Dissatisfaction after work has commenced
4. Nature of Services
Due to the nature of our services, which involve:
Time-based work
Resource allocation
Creative development
Once a project has been initiated or resources have been allocated, the service is considered consumed and non-refundable.
5. Subscription Billing
For subscription-based services:
Charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis
Cancellation requests must follow the notice period stated in our Terms & Conditions
No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle
