By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to The Presence Media are strictly non-refundable.

This applies to:

  • Monthly subscription services

  • One-time content packages

  • Custom service engagements

3. Scope of Non-Refundability

No refunds will be issued under any of the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Partial usage of services

  • Failure to utilise the service within the billing period

  • Delays caused by the client, including late submission of required materials

  • Dissatisfaction after work has commenced

4. Nature of Services

Due to the nature of our services, which involve:

  • Time-based work

  • Resource allocation

  • Creative development

Once a project has been initiated or resources have been allocated, the service is considered consumed and non-refundable.

5. Subscription Billing

For subscription-based services:

  • Charges are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis

  • Cancellation requests must follow the notice period stated in our Terms & Conditions

  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle

6. Exceptions

No exceptions to this policy will be made unless required by applicable law.
